on privacy.

This page explains how the Pragxi marketing website works. It covers this website, rather than the separate passenger and driver applications.

Browsing the website

The website presents information about Pragxi. It does not currently include account sign-in, online application submission, payment collection or advertising trackers. The city selector and preparation checklist work in your browser and are not submitted to Pragxi.

Driver and courier applications

If you choose to apply online, we collect your name, contact details, city, service interest, vehicle information and the documents required for your vehicle. This may include an identity document, driving licence and insurance. We record your confirmation that these details may be reviewed.

Applications and documents are stored in Pragxi’s database and private document storage. Authorised staff use them to review eligibility, contact applicants and prepare onboarding. If you are enrolled, the reviewed documents are linked to your driver profile. An application is not an approval to take rides or deliveries.

Keep your application reference. To ask about correcting or withdrawing an application, contact [email protected] with that reference. Use the secure application for documents rather than sending identity documents by email without instructions.

Protecting the application service

Production applications use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify requests. The application page loads its verification script and may share technical request information with Cloudflare for that purpose. The service also keeps short-lived counters based on salted network-address hashes to limit abusive submissions; raw network addresses are not stored in those counters.

When you contact us

Support links open your email app. If you choose to email us, your email provider sends the message to Pragxi, including the address you send from and any details you choose to include. Share only what is needed to explain your enquiry. Never send passwords or one-time sign-in codes.

Website delivery

The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. When it is deployed, the hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. Fonts and website imagery are served with the site, rather than loaded from third-party font or stock-photo services.

App-store links

App-store badges currently show a coming-soon message. Once official download links are added, following those links will take you to Google Play or the Apple App Store, where their own privacy practices apply.

Future features

If website forms, analytics or other information-collection features are introduced, this page should be updated to explain them before they are enabled.
